• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• We ship worldwide, except to Asia and certain remote areas.
• We offer two shipping options:
  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
• You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in your country.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. Our policy is designed to be fair and straightforward.

• We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.
• Proof of purchase is required.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and processing your return. It may then take your bank 3-10 additional days to show the refund.
