We pride ourselves on swift order processing. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every Pieces Shop purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process.
Our Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Original packaging must be intact with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required
Important Exception
For hygiene and health reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear and underwear unless the item is faulty. This standard industry practice ensures the safety and well-being of all our customers.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email us at [email protected] with your order number and product details.
- Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 48 hours (weekdays) with a Returns Authorisation number and shipping address.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship to the provided address. We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your exchange or refund and email a confirmation.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Refund Timelines & Methods
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we process refunds promptly:
- Please allow up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return.
- Once processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges are shipped as soon as we process the return, subject to stock availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
